Who we are
This website is run by Sigma. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Sigma.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us in the waitlist form:
- your work email;
- your company name and, if you add it, your company website;
- your role and, if you choose it, your team size;
- what you would hand to an agent first;
- the time you sent the form.
Our host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and pages visited. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To contact you about Sigma. We don’t sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it is stored
Form entries are stored in Notion, our team’s workspace. The website and its server logs are on Vercel.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after you send the form, whichever is first.
How to ask us to delete it
Email hello@usesigma.ai with the address you used in the form. We will delete your entry and confirm. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
